Classroom Rules
The graphic to the right shows the three rules that students are taught to follow while inside of the gymnasium. They govern everything they do in the gymnasium during physical education class. The rules are simple and all encompassing. Just about anything they do in the gymnasium can be brought back to these three simple rules all based on how they care.
Your child's social and emotional education is just as important as any other aspect of their education and it's something that we work hard on during physical education. We spend the first 3 weeks of school establishing a caring, supporting, empathetic learning environment built on common experiences and individual differences. This groundwork lays the foundation to learning experiences where students are motivated to succeed, fail, and learn from themselves and each other throughout the course of the school year. |
